— A Brief Account of the Shucheng County Electronic Information Industry Chain Party Committee’s Thematic Party Day Event and the Expanded Training Session for the Electronic Information Industry Chain

On October 15, in the conference room of the Management Committee of the Shucheng Economic Development Zone in Anhui Province, the Party emblem hung prominently and the Party flag fluttered in the breeze. The themed Party Day event of the Industry Party Committee for the Electronic Information Industry Chain of Shucheng County, jointly hosted by the Shucheng Economic Development Zone Management Committee and the Shucheng County Electronic Information Industry Association, along with an expanded training session for the industry chain, was held there. As one of the organizers, Yingli Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., the chair unit of the Shucheng County Electronic Information Industry Association, sent representatives to attend. Company representative Chen Yuan’ou delivered a presentation during the session on collaborative development within the industry chain. Leaders from the County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the County Development Zone Management Committee, the County Party Committee’s Social Work Department, the County Investment Promotion Center, as well as heads of financial institutions, industry experts, and representatives of member enterprises in the industry chain were all present, participating together in this grand event that integrates Party building with industrial development. With the theme “Party Building Leads Technological Innovation; Digital Intelligence Empowers Industrial Growth,” the event served both as an opportunity to strengthen Party spirit along the industry chain and as a concentrated refresher course for the sector’s transformation and upgrading.

The event was opened by Zhang Mingming, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Commerce, followed by an address from Fang Hao, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the County Development Zone Management Committee. Fang Hao emphasized that the electronic information industry is a vital pillar of Shucheng County’s economic development, urging enterprises across the industrial chain to elevate their political awareness, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and place innovation at the forefront. While driving technological advancement and industrial upgrading, they should also proactively support the broader goals of local development. Throughout the event, all participating Party members attended in formal attire and wore their Party badges, demonstrating the disciplined spirit and professional demeanor of Shucheng’s cadre team.

For the chairperson unit, upholding political leadership is not an abstract declaration but a responsibility that must be shouldered. As the leading enterprise in the electronic information industry chain of Shucheng County, Yingli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has consistently transformed the Party’s organizational strengths into advantages for corporate development, using high‑quality Party building to drive high‑quality growth and taking the lead in industrial transformation and upgrading.

II. Strengthen the leading role of chain leaders and ensure that collaborative development is effectively implemented.

During this event, Chen Yuan’ou, a representative of the company, delivered a presentation on collaborative development within the industrial chain. Drawing on his organization’s practical experience, he outlined Yingli Electronics’ strategies for deepening its engagement in the electronic information sector and strengthening its core capabilities. He engaged in an in-depth discussion on how leading enterprises can leverage their pivotal role to drive coordinated progress among upstream and downstream suppliers, as well as how the company can harness its technological expertise to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry chain. His remarks were grounded in Yingli Electronics’ own development realities while also addressing the long-term growth prospects of Shucheng County’s electronic information industry, offering valuable insights and recommendations that will serve as useful references for the participating enterprises.

Chen Yuane, a corporate representative of Yingli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on collaborative industrial-chain development.

Whether a leading enterprise is strong and whether the industrial chain is stable hinges on how effectively it fulfills its role as a catalyst. This exchange has fully leveraged the demonstration and guiding influence of leading enterprises, further reinforcing a shared commitment among upstream and downstream firms to join forces, support one another, and advance in tandem. Representatives from participating companies stated that they will use this event as a platform to strengthen communication and collaboration across the value chain, thereby jointly enhancing the overall resilience and competitiveness of the industry.

III. Uphold industry–education integration to “recharge and empower” enterprise growth.

This event places training at its core, with content spanning multiple dimensions, including corporate management, tax compliance and internal control system development, the role of artificial intelligence in driving high‑quality industrial growth, and bank‑enterprise matchmaking. The County Investment Promotion Center presented an overview of the region’s industrial layout and relevant policies; certified public accountant Liu Lianlian outlined key considerations for tax compliance among small and medium‑sized enterprises; Fang Dongsheng, a Kingdee delivery partner in Anhui, shared practical strategies for leveraging AI to transform industrial operations; and the China Construction Bank facilitated on‑site bank‑enterprise connections. The program combined authoritative analysis with hands‑on guidance, helping businesses resolve uncertainties, chart a clear path forward, and gain renewed momentum.

Standing at a new starting point, Yingli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to leverage its dual roles as both a leading enterprise in the industrial chain and the president unit of the industry association. Upholding the principle of “serving the nation through industry and achieving win-win collaboration,” the company will, under the leadership of the Party, serve as a dedicated facilitator for industrial development, fostering mutual learning and cross‑industry cooperation among enterprises, and pooling resources to create synergies. In doing so, it will make an even greater contribution to the high‑quality development of Shucheng County’s electronic information industry.
