Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products;

2. Based on the regional sales targets set by the company, develop a sales plan for this region, break down the targets, and organize their implementation.

4. Develop customers in regional markets and complete the layout of the distribution network.

4. Develop new customers, maintain existing ones, expand business channels, and regularly visit both new and old customers in the city center.

5. Responsible for developing monthly regional product promotion activity plans and conducting post-event summaries and analyses for each activity.

 

Job requirements:

1. High school education or above, aged 22–40; able to endure hardship and work diligently; passionate about the sales industry; possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and planning abilities.

2. At least six months of work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry; candidates with experience in the beverage industry are preferred; veterans are also preferred.

Operations Manager

Job Description

1. Able to independently take charge of product operations within the department, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch.

2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and the current product status, drive optimization of operational strategies in line with business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.

3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay informed about competitors’ moves, and conduct competitive analysis.

4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, is highly responsible, has excellent stress tolerance, and can independently complete projects.

2. Possesses insight, independent analytical skills, as well as strong learning and innovation capabilities and excellent verbal communication skills.

3. Passionate about product operations and deeply enthusiastic about innovation and tackling challenging problems.

4. Proficient in creating PRDs and prototype designs; preference given to candidates with banking work experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries.

5. Possess stress resistance, strong execution skills, and a high capacity for learning.
